The AIM-M100 medical isolated meter the insulation resistance of medical IT system, At the same time, the load current and temperature of the IT system transformer is monitored. AID series alarm and display indicator are remote display and audible and visible alarm devices. AID duplicates fault, alarm and operating message of monitoring devices. When fault occurs, AID gives audible and visible signal to medical staff and technical staff. Additionally, response value of AIM-M series monitoring device can be set by AID remotely. AID Series alarm and display device have three types: AID10, AID120 and AID150, which shall be arranged in operating room or nursing station so that it can be permanently monitored by medical staff.
AIL150-4/8 4/8 channels Insulation Fault Locator in conjunction with AIM-M200 medical intelligent insulation monitor and ASG150 test signal generator,are designed for insulation fault location in medical IT systems.The locating current generated by ASG150 are detected using the integrated measuring current transformers and evaluated by the insulation fault locators.
ASG150 Signal Generator device test signal generator is designed with a 32-bit microprocessor chip and a high-precision signal generation circuit, It can generate a specific test signal.When IT system insulation fault occurs , it start to generate a test signal , and work with insulation fault locator to achieve insulation fault location.
ACLP10-24 Auxiliary power supply is designed to supply Acrel AID series devices with a supply voltage of DC 24V and a total power consumption of maximum 3VA. Module is rail mounted, installed on the same rail as insulation monitors.
AITR series isolation transformer is specially used in medical IT system, and the core superposition adopts the silicon steel sheet imported from Japan, which has very small losses. The windings are treated with double insulation and have electrostatic shielding layer, which reduces electromagnetic interference between windings. The PT100 temperature sensor is installed in the wire bag to monitor the temperature of transformer. The whole body is treated with vacuum invasion paint, which increases mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The product has good temperature rise performance and very low noise.
