1.Production of semi-finished products
- Coil Winding process:Capacity: 6000 set ofsemi-finished coils /day
- Process: Raw material preparing + Coil winding+ Primary coating removal
- Facilities: 7 sets assembly line of coil winding,1 set assembly line of coating removal
- Facilities for assembly line: Ring Winding Machine + Belt Winding Machine + Square Winding Machine + Open Type Winding Machine + High Speed Winding Machine + Paint Remover Machine
- Material: Insulating wrinkle paper, polyester film, Mara tape, high strength electromagnetic coating wire, silicon steel sheet iron core, super-crystalline iron core, paint removal dose.
- QC: first inspection + Semi-finished product inspection+ routing inspection
2.Semi-finished Product Inspection Process
- Capacity: 6000PCS Semi-finished coil/ per day
- Process: Secondary paint removal + Semi-finishedproduct inspection
- Facilities: 5sets of Semi-finished Product Inspection Process line,Combined 4 sets of measuring transformer inspection lines, 1 set micro transformer inspection line,
- Facility of Secondary paint removal line: Paint Remover Machine
- Facility of semi-finished product inspection assembly line: Transformer calibrator
- Quality control: fully inspection
- In the process of batch semi-finished product inspection, the full-time inspector is responsible for the inspection of the product processing quality of each post.
3.Machine production
There are total 5 production lines in current transformer workshop, include 4 line of Conventional Current Transformer Production Line, 1 line of Micro Current Transformer Production Line.
- Secondaryterminal welding.Capacity: 6000sets/day
- Process: Material preparing + Welding
Facilities: Soldering iron TLW-100W、constant temperature electric soldering iron DLT40、winding conveyor, automatic single-head pre-insulation terminal pressing machine,tubular pre-insulation terminal stripping machine,terminal pressing machine,etc.
Process Introduction: The process is mainly to semi-finished coil secondary lead and secondary inserts for manual welding.
- Quality control: the workers of each process should self inspectthe quality before products flow into next process. And quality engineer would inspect each process to ensure it is under control.
4.Final inspection
The inspector are all trained and gain the certification.
Facilities: Transformer calibrator, Pressure tester, insulation resistance tester, digital temperature and humidity meter, etc. All equipment and instruments used for inspection are subject to periodic verification or calibration by a third party metering organization authorized by the state.
Process: finished product inspection is qualified by full-time inspector according to the quality requirements of the finished product inspection standard, inspection steps and methods, judgment criteria, the use of various inspection equipment, instruments to complete the inspection of the whole machine products, product inspection before release.
